The Pittsburgh East CROP Hunger Walk
This walk raises funds to end hunger around the block and around the world, one step at a time. 25% of all funds raised go to WCM and 75% to the global humanitarian development work of Church World Service (a four-star rated charity from Charity Navigator with 75 years of experience).
The 2025 walk will be held on Sunday, October 12, 2025. Please join us by registering a new team or supporting one of the existing teams. We need everyone! For more information, visit our walk page.
The local impact of this event has been huge:
– In 2024, the walk raised over $30,000, with over $7,500 going to WCM hunger programs.
– In 2023, the walk raised over $28,000, with over $7,000 going to WCM hunger programs.
– In 2022, in spite of COVID, the walk raised a record of over $40,000, with $10,000 going to WCM hunger programs.
